HOW TO ORDER:
☆ Select Size/Finish from the drop down options
☆ In the "personalizations" include the Names (and Date if desired). Please note it is a fixed font style.
☆ Any additional customizations can be added into the “Personalizations” text box or send me a message via Etsy
Choosing Ribbon:
When you have chosen the grommet finish, Sign will come with either silver or bronze grommets and your choice of ribbon. Please indicate preferred ribbon choice in the personalizations, otherwise it will be white.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY:
☆ Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks before your event date to ensure you receive your signs in time!
☆ After placing your purchase, you will receive a digital proof of your order to approve in 1-2 business days. Once approved by buyer your order will go into production.
☆ All signs are made to order, this can take 3-5 business days and shipping can take an average of 2-5 business days. Standard turnaround time is expected to be no longer than 2 weeks from approval (Orders are shipped from Chilliwack, BC)
☆ Standard Shipping is FREE, if you want a RUSH on shipping, choose the Shipping Upgrade
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
☆ Upon Delivery: The sign will arrive folded. To relax any fold lines, remove sign from package and drape onto a hanger until your event.
☆ Removing Wrinkles: Lightly hand steam or iron on a VERY low setting on the BACK of the fabric
☆ Spot cleaning is recommended - DO NOT WASH, BLEACH, OR TUMBLE DRY
☆ To prevent the design from fading, avoid displaying in direct sunlight for an extended period of time (24+ Hrs)
